Teachers

Imogen was born in Melbourne, Australia where she trained in ballet, contemporary and jazz at the Gay Wightman School of Ballet. She won 1st place Australia wide with Honours in the BMAAD Intermediate and Advanced ballet exams. In 2011 Imogen was an apprentice with Melbourne Ballet Company where she performed for Clinique and with Deakin University Motion Laboratory as a trainee.

After completing her high school diploma she accepted a position at the Joffrey Ballet School, New York in their full time trainee program commencing in 2012. Her highlights include performing the roles of the Ugly Step Sister in Cinderella, Arabian Princess in The Nutcracker, Big and Little Swan in Swan Lake and also as a soloist in Gerald Arpino's Birthday Variations.

Since graduating Joffrey's program with majors in teaching, choreography and performance, she has worked with Ballet Popular and performed in their first performance as a company presenting the Manon pas de deux. She then went on to spend a year as assistant director at the Joffrey Ballet School for their performances of The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty. During that time she also performed with Mei/Co directed by Meggie Pinones in The Hatch Series and for the Microsoft Corporation at their 5th Avenue, New York, Flagship Store.

Imogen moved to London to pursue her love of ballet and is looking forward to sharing her international knowledge with the next generation of dancers. She has also recently completed her Progressing Ballet Technique teaching certificate.

Breeze trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and hip hop. She trained in London with ZooNation Academy of Dance and graduated from Kingston University with a BA (Hons) in Dance. She has since enjoyed performing nationally and internationally with various dance companies.

Ciara trained at the RAD and graduated in 2020 with a degree in Ballet Education, Registered Teacher Status and the Licentiate of the RAD. She is also a fully qualified Progressing Ballet Technique teacher as well as a Ballet Bums fitness instructor.

Jann received her training in Durban, South Africa. During her career, she worked with Cape Town City Ballet and Joburg Ballet. In 2017, she relocated to the UK, where she continues to freelance as a teacher, dancer and choreographer. More recently, she has performed with Polunin Ink. She has a Master of Arts degree in literature.

Sandrina has 10 years of experience in teaching and in 2017 she founded her own dance school in Malta. She is currently a freelance dance teacher in London, qualified in Cecchetti and RAD Ballet.

Sandrina also teaches other disciplines such as contemporary, acrobatics, tap, jazz, stretching and body conditioning. She is a qualified teacher in Rambert Contemporary Dance Grades, Acrobatic Arts, Progressing Ballet Technique, and Alixa Flexibility Method. Sandrina completed a Bachelor's Degree in Dance Studies and a Master's Degree in Creativity and Entrepreneurship. Prior she trained vocationally at Elmhurst Ballet School, English National Ballet School and London Studio Centre.

These experiences enabled her to build a large network of professional dancers, whom she has collaborated closely with during her time teaching. Some of these include Sasha Mukhamedov, Ruth Brill, Yasmine Naghdi, Tierney Heap, Lauretta Summerscales and Mari Kawanishi, all of whom served as advisory board members and guest teachers at Ballet Intensive International and The National Conservatory Malta.

Anna is a London based dance and movement artist. Born and raised in North West London, she started her dance training in Jazz at SNTS London and later moved to Candoco Dance Company's youth company, Cando2. During this time with the company, she performed at The Southbank Centre, The Place, and The Tower of London.

Anna then trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and gained a 1st Class Honours Degree in Contemporary Dance in July 2021. Since then, she has worked closely with the Royal Academy of Dance, Greenwich Dance and her own company Hallomai Dance. She also freelances for a variety of schools and community groups across London.
